Description

A creamy, cheesy, and indulgent baked cauliflower dish that’s perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup additional shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and cutting it into florets.
  3. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Mix the steamed cauliflower, 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon and additional cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the mixture a day in advance. Use different cheeses for unique flavors.
