- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup additional shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and cutting it into florets.
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Mix the steamed cauliflower, 1 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with crumbled bacon and additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Make-ahead by preparing the mixture a day in advance. Use different cheeses for unique flavors.
