Description

A refreshing cocktail that combines sweet coconut rum, tangy pineapple juice, and zesty lime for a tropical escape in a glass.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar for rimming (optional)
  • Pineapple wedge (optional)
  • Lime wheel (optional)

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim: Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into salt or sugar.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the Malibu coconut rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and triple sec. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain and pour: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish: Finish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel.

Notes

For a frozen variant, blend all ingredients with ice instead of shaking.
