Description

A vibrant and flavorful marinated grilled shrimp recipe, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, gently coating each piece, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  6. Brush with melted butter during the last minute of grilling.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
