Description

Delightful Marshmallow Easter Bars that combine a buttery graham cracker crust, rich chocolate, and fluffy marshmallows, perfect for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture is well-blended and resembles wet sand.
  2. Press into the pan: Spoon the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Use the back of a spatula to press it down firmly and evenly.
  3. Melt the chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and marshmallows: Once melted, remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and fold in mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour over the crust: Gently pour the chocolate-marshmallow mixture onto the graham cracker base; spread evenly.
  6. Let it set: Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes until fully set.
  7. Slice and enjoy: Cut into bars and serve to your guests.

Notes
