- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture is well-blended and resembles wet sand.
- Press into the pan: Spoon the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Use the back of a spatula to press it down firmly and evenly.
- Melt the chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add vanilla and marshmallows: Once melted, remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour over the crust: Gently pour the chocolate-marshmallow mixture onto the graham cracker base; spread evenly.
- Let it set: Chill in the refrigerator for about 120 minutes until fully set.
- Slice and enjoy: Cut into bars and serve to your guests.
Notes
