Description

A delightful and colorful salad made with mini marshmallows, zesty pineapple, and juicy mandarin oranges, perfect for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Combine the mini marshmallows, whipped topping, pineapple chunks, and mandarin oranges in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add a few drops of food coloring at this stage if desired.
  4. Mix gently until color spreads evenly.
  5. Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts, if using.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
