- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the sliced zucchini, cubed chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
