Description

A warm and comforting bake featuring tender chicken, fresh zucchini, and juicy cherry tomatoes, topped with creamy feta cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the sliced zucchini, cubed chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with crusty bread and a fresh salad.
