Description

A delightful blend of crunchy Rice Krispies coated in a rich mixture of chocolate and peanut butter, finished with a sugary dusting.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add butter and vanilla: Stir in the unsalted butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Coat the Rice Krispies: Pour Rice Krispies into a large mixing bowl and drizzle the chocolate mixture over, folding gently.
  4. Let it cool: Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and cool for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add the powdered sugar: Transfer coated cereal into a resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar and shake to coat.
