- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), almond (or peanut) butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
- Form small bite-sized balls with your hands and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert!
Notes
