- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Butterfinger bars, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix in a bowl the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
- Form rounded balls of dough and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a twist, try substituting Butterfinger with Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms. Allow cookies to cool completely for the best texture.
