Description

Deliciously rich peanut butter cookies with crunchy Butterfinger pieces, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Butterfinger bars, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix in a bowl the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces.
  4. Form rounded balls of dough and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a twist, try substituting Butterfinger with Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms. Allow cookies to cool completely for the best texture.
