Description

A chilled slushie that captures the comforting flavors of pumpkin and apple pie, perfect for autumn gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet white wine (Moscato or Riesling)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Cinnamon sugar for rimming (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Apple slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine sweet white wine, apple cider, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and ice in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  2. Optional: Rim your glass with cinnamon sugar by moistening the rim, then dipping it into the mixture.
  3. Pour the slush into prepared glasses, filling generously.
  4. Top with whipped cream or an apple slice for presentation.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are cold for a refreshing slush. You can pop your wine in the freezer for about 30 minutes before blending.
