Description

A vibrant cocktail blending the sweetness of raspberries with tangy passionfruit, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Passionfruit Juice
  • 1 oz Raspberry Puree
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Egg White (optional)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh raspberries or slices of passionfruit

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker: tequila, fresh passionfruit juice, raspberry puree, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds without ice to froth the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass, using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Top with foam from egg white if included.
  6. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or slice of passionfruit. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila with sparkling water or soda.
