- 1 oz Fresh Passionfruit Juice
- 1 oz Raspberry Puree
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Egg White (optional)
- Ice
- Garnish: Fresh raspberries or slices of passionfruit
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker: tequila, fresh passionfruit juice, raspberry puree, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
- Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds without ice to froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass, using a fine mesh strainer.
- Top with foam from egg white if included.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry or slice of passionfruit. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila with sparkling water or soda.
