Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl until well combined and frothy.
- Add the cooked sausage, diced vegetables, salt, pepper, and bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
