Description

A hearty and flavorful breakfast casserole packed with sausage, eggs, and fresh vegetables, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 4 cups gluten-free bread cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl until well combined and frothy.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, diced vegetables, salt, pepper, and bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top (optional).
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
