Description

A delightful dish featuring tender pork tenderloin coated in a sticky sweet and spicy jalapeno glaze, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork pieces with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned pork to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides, approximately 5–6 minutes.
  4. Toss in the diced jalapeños and minced garlic, cooking for about 2–3 minutes.
  5. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  6. Pour this mixture over the pork and jalapenos in the skillet.
  7. Reduce heat and let the pork simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle the freshly chopped cilantro over the top just before serving.

Notes

Marinate the pork for enhanced flavors. Serve with steamed rice or warm tortillas for a complete meal.
