Description

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into uniform chunks, then submerge them in a pot of salted boiling water. Cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
