- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the shrimp, asparagus, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the shrimp is opaque and pink, and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For an effortless meal, prep the shrimp and asparagus mixture in advance and store in the refrigerator. Try adding cherry tomatoes or substitute asparagus with green beans or broccoli for variety.
