Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it turns a light golden-brown and emits a nutty aroma. Let it cool slightly.
- Combine sugars: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until creamy.
- Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sourdough starter, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows: Gently add in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Scoop the dough: Using a tablespoon, scoop balls of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden at the edges.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool for a couple of minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
