Description

A mouthwatering sticky chicken dish served over fluffy jasmine rice, topped with sesame seeds and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the sauce to the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve the chicken over jasmine rice, garnishing with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
