Description

Delightful strawberry shortcake cups featuring layers of soft pound cake, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and melted white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup White Chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 loaf Pound Cake, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pound Cake: Bake your pound cake according to package instructions and let cool before cutting into cubes.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a bowl, add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Layer the Cups: In serving cups, add a layer of pound cake cubes, followed by strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzle with white chocolate.
  5. Repeat the Layers until cups are filled.
  6. Finish with extra strawberries and whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These cups can be made a day in advance. Use store-bought pound cake for convenience.
