- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup White Chocolate, melted
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 loaf Pound Cake, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Pound Cake: Bake your pound cake according to package instructions and let cool before cutting into cubes.
- Whip the Cream: In a bowl, add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Layer the Cups: In serving cups, add a layer of pound cake cubes, followed by strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzle with white chocolate.
- Repeat the Layers until cups are filled.
- Finish with extra strawberries and whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These cups can be made a day in advance. Use store-bought pound cake for convenience.
