- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/2 inch thick.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt.
- Scatter fresh raspberries on top and gently press them in.
- Freeze for at least 2-4 hours or until firm.
- Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
