Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy Greek yogurt, rich dark chocolate, and fresh raspberries, perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt.
  6. Scatter fresh raspberries on top and gently press them in.
  7. Freeze for at least 2-4 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
