Instructions
- Flatten the chicken by gently pounding it to an even thickness.

- Set up the breading station with separate bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs, pressing lightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet to about half an inch deep over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Warm the vodka sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
