- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded fresh mozzarella
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving about a ¾-inch crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the ricotta layer evenly.
- Lay the sliced prosciutto over the cheese.
- Slide the prepared pizza onto the hot pizza stone or preheated baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with fresh basil.
- Slice into eight pieces and enjoy!

Let the pizza dough come to room temperature before rolling it out. You can prepare the dough the day before and store it in the fridge overnight.
