Description

Delicious and juicy air fryer hamburgers that are quick and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 meat-to-fat ratio)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, and your favorite condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Arrange the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Toast the buns in the air fryer for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your desired toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Make patties ahead of time and store in the fridge or freeze for later use. You can also grill or bake them if you don’t have an air fryer.
