Description

A delicious fusion of creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 16 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the diced chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the jalapeños by filling each half with the creamy chicken mixture.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Better to prepare the filling ahead of time and chill before baking if desired. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker cook.
