- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
- 16 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the diced chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Prepare the jalapeños by filling each half with the creamy chicken mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Better to prepare the filling ahead of time and chill before baking if desired. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker cook.
