- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar, or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the taco seasoning to the chicken and mix well for about a minute.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the taco shells.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until cheese melts and taco shells are golden.
- Garnish with lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, and salsa if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
