Description

  • Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • Butter or vegan alternative
  • Salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pierce each sweet potato with a fork several times.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
