- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter, then press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the cream mixture: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until light and airy, then fold in Cool Whip.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Slice bananas and layer over the cream mixture.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture on top of the bananas.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day in advance for improved flavor. Avoid overripe bananas for the best texture.
