Description

A soft, creamy cloud bursting with the sweet, tropical essence of ripe bananas, layered with creamy goodness and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter, then press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Make the cream mixture: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until light and airy, then fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Slice bananas and layer over the cream mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top of the bananas.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  7. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day in advance for improved flavor. Avoid overripe bananas for the best texture.
