Description

A creamy and indulgent twist on the classic banana pudding, layered with ripe bananas, vanilla wafers, and fluffy whipped topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the pudding by whisking together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  4. Layer vanilla wafers in a 9×13 inch dish, followed by sliced bananas and half of the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat with another round of wafers, bananas, and the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Finish with whipped topping on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Make ahead for best flavor. Avoid using overripe bananas.
