Description

Irresistible Bang Bang Salmon Bites with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy interior, complemented by a rich, creamy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a rich sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce and place them in the skillet, giving them space to fry.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double-dipping the salmon in the sauce before frying. Can also be air-fried for a healthier option.
