- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a rich sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Dip each salmon piece into the sauce and place them in the skillet, giving them space to fry.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider double-dipping the salmon in the sauce before frying. Can also be air-fried for a healthier option.
