- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, browning it thoroughly while breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Drain the excess fat and add the diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until softened.
- Pour in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Mix everything together.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Serve generous spoonfuls of the beef mixture onto each hamburger bun, garnished with chopped parsley.
