Description

A vibrant cocktail combining blood orange juice and tequila for a refreshing experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz bloody orange juice
  • 2 oz grapefruit soda
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Rim it with fresh lime juice, then dip it into salt to coat the rim evenly.
  2. Combine tequila, fresh lime juice, and blood orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Fill the rimmed glass with ice, leaving space at the top.
  5. Pour the shaken cocktail mixture gently over the ice.
  6. Top with grapefruit soda, then gently stir.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Notes

Chill ingredients beforehand for a refreshing drink. This cocktail can also be made non-alcoholic by replacing tequila with soda water.
