Description

A refreshing cocktail that blends the zesty sharpness of lime, bold tequila, and sweet blue curaçao, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Salt for rimming the glass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by moistening the edge with a lime wedge and dipping into salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker: 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of blue curaçao, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously with ice for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
