- 8 jalapeños
- 4 oz Brie cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
- Make the filling by mixing Brie, cream cheese, and blueberry preserves in a bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy filling.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed jalapeños and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, keep some seeds in the jalapeños. Feel free to customize with different preserves or add cheese toppings.
