Description

Deliciously creamy and spicy jalapeño poppers filled with Brie cheese and blueberry preserves, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 jalapeños
  • 4 oz Brie cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. Make the filling by mixing Brie, cream cheese, and blueberry preserves in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy filling.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed jalapeños and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, keep some seeds in the jalapeños. Feel free to customize with different preserves or add cheese toppings.
