- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a large bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Cool the crust completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in another large bowl until silky smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract gradually, mixing until creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula until blended.
- Pour the creamy filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Top the pie with blueberry filling before serving and enjoy!
