Description

A glorious blueberry cream cheese pie with a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with luscious blueberry pie filling, creating a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set, then let it cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  6. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain a light texture.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
