Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread, topping with fresh blueberries.
- Place the remaining slices on top, forming sandwiches.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
