Description

A delightful summer side dish featuring tender kernels of sweet corn, perfect for backyard gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Butter (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  3. Husk the corn and remove all the silk.
  4. Carefully add the corn to the boiling water.
  5. Boil the corn for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  6. Remove the corn from the pot and let it drain.
  7. Serve hot with butter, if desired.

Notes

Store leftover corn in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Consider freezing for longer storage.
