Description

Delicious and crispy breakfast egg rolls filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and crispy hash browns, perfect for a quick meal or brunch gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup Hash Browns (frozen or freshly grated)
  • 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
  2. Add the hash browns, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes until they crisp up.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl, then pour into the skillet, stirring until fluffy and cooked.
  4. Roll an egg roll wrapper with a spoonful of filling, folding in the sides and sealing with water.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in hot oil over medium-high heat, about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
