A vibrant stir fry combining crisp cabbage, ground beef, and pork, flavored with soy and oyster sauces for a delightful meal.
Ingredients

- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground beef and pork; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, bell pepper slices, and julienned carrots; toss for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat everything.
- Allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
- Season with salt and pepper; stir well to mix.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Vegetables can be prepared in advance; store in an airtight container. Substitute proteins or add extra veggies as desired.
