Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced pears with caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle flour on the crust, then place the caramel pear mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the pears, leaving the center exposed.
- Brush the crust with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
