Description

A delightful Caramel Pear Galette featuring a buttery crust filled with juicy caramelized pears and a touch of cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the sliced pears with caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle flour on the crust, then place the caramel pear mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the pears, leaving the center exposed.
  6. Brush the crust with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
