A hearty cheeseburger casserole that combines classic burger flavors in a warm, gooey dish, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta or macaroni
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Pickles, sliced tomatoes, or crispy bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned and onions are translucent.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, milk, ketchup, mustard, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the beef mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Add the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
