- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Ketchup, to taste
- Mayonnaise, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2–3 inches in diameter.
- Cook the sliders on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Melt the cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Assemble the sliders by stacking the patties on the buns and drizzling with ketchup and mayo.
- Serve warm to enjoy the delightful flavors.
