Description

Delicious and versatile cheeseburger sliders that are perfect for any occasion, packed with juicy beef and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Ketchup, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2–3 inches in diameter.
  4. Cook the sliders on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Melt the cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Assemble the sliders by stacking the patties on the buns and drizzling with ketchup and mayo.
  7. Serve warm to enjoy the delightful flavors.
