Description

A delightful twist on traditional desserts, Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are filled with creamy cheesecake goodness and topped with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Gently rinse them under cold water and use a paring knife to remove the green tops and create a hollow space in the center.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake mixture by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon, generously filling them for a beautiful presentation.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries for a delicious crunch and enhanced visual appeal.
  5. Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using Greek yogurt or plant-based cream cheese. You can also prepare the filling a day in advance.
