A delightful twist on traditional desserts, Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are filled with creamy cheesecake goodness and topped with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Gently rinse them under cold water and use a paring knife to remove the green tops and create a hollow space in the center.
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture by blending softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or spoon, generously filling them for a beautiful presentation.
- Add graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries for a delicious crunch and enhanced visual appeal.
- Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using Greek yogurt or plant-based cream cheese. You can also prepare the filling a day in advance.
