Description

A refreshing twist on traditional cheesecake transformed into a vibrant fruit salad that’s light yet satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip or whipped cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the cool whip and vanilla extract until light and creamy.
  3. Prepare mixed fruits by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Carefully fold the fruit into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe fruits. Can be made a day in advance without the fruit.
