Scale
  • 4 bagels, halved and hollowed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  2. Cut the bagels in half and scoop out some of the insides.

  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  6. Fill each bagel half generously with the egg mixture.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crunch, consider toasting the bagel halves lightly before filling.
