Description

A comforting casserole made with creamy hashbrowns, rich cheese, and crunchy Doritos that transforms any meal into a celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the thawed hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced onion, and half of the shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and crushed Doritos.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate unbaked. For quicker cooking, use an air fryer.
