Description

A vibrant sauce that combines sweet cherries with fresh herbs, ideal for marinating grilled meats or enhancing salads.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh cherries, chopped parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth, adjusting for a chunkier texture if desired.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as necessary.

Notes
