Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Saute the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bacon: Sprinkle chopped bacon into the skillet and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate seasoning and cream: Stir in ranch seasoning mix, then pour in heavy cream, mixing to create a smooth sauce.
