Description

A comforting and creamy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole topped with crispy tater tots and melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Evenly distribute the tater tots over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. For a quicker method, use an air fryer for a smaller batch.
