A comforting and creamy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole topped with crispy tater tots and melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the tater tots over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. For a quicker method, use an air fryer for a smaller batch.
