Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, zest, oil, honey, minced garlic, ancho chile powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully blended.

- Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
