- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl to create a marinade.
- Add the pressed tofu and peach chunks, gently tossing to coat. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the tofu and peach chunks onto skewers, alternating for presentation.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy and marked.
- Warm honey or maple syrup with sesame seeds in a small saucepan, then drizzle over skewers before serving.
